Hair Cut

Madeline's Mullet was about 4 inches longer then the rest of her hair. So, tonight I decided to cut it off! Her hair is layered beautifully and now she looks so great!

Madeline and I had a very busy and fun day together. We visited Mac and the other bunnies first thing. Maddy passed out several treats and patted and played with the bunnies. Everyone at the Bunny Sanctuary knows Madeline and they love seeing her interact with the bunnies. Last time we visited, Madeline was given a pink bunny bracelet as a "Thank You" for being such a great bunny Friend!

We then ate Burger King for lunch and headed to meet Allie and Lauren at the Mall. The girls ran around but headed straight for the pet store to see the puppies. We all rode the carousel then had an ice cream from McDonald's.

Madeline napped for about an hour today but when she woke up she asked to go to  Wal-Mart to see "Christmas". She LOVES going to look at the Christmas decorations and lights!

Rock Star

Madeline loves having her hair and nails done and she always wants to wear her sunglasses. She is definitely a little diva!

Library

After music class, Madeline looked through the books and found a couple she wanted to read. Madeline loves book and reading and it is probably her favorite thing to do. I treated her to ice cream after the library for being such a great girl :)

 We discover a wonderful new class at the Library today. This class is full of music and dancing and lots of fun. Madeline danced and played with the musical instruments and she loved every minute of it. Madeline was not afraid to go right to the front of the pack and dance right in front with the teacher, she wanted to be part of it all! She also played with the other kids and we met some new mommies. We will be going back every week!

Park

It was pretty warm again today but Madeline and I wanted to spend some time outside. We picked up some McDonald's for lunch and took it to the park to eat at the shaded picnic area. There were only a few other kids there but they didn't stay long due to the heat. We were tough though and stayed for 2 hours and we even listen to music on our IPod while we played! Maddy played with buckets in the sand and we kept filling them with water from the fountain and making castles. She also leaned how to go down the slide on her tummy and she loved doing it over and over! After the park we went straight home and jumped into the big swimming pool to cool off before nap time.

Bucket Swimming

Madeline loves swimming in her toy bucket and has me fill it each day with clean water. She would rather splash around in the bucket then her cute pink pool!

1st Soccer Practice

Madeline attended her first soccer practice today. Coach Tamra was once a professional soccer player and she seems to have a passion for teaching the young kids. Maddy wasn't real sure what to do or how to interact but towards the end she was able to kick the ball through the cones and into the net for a goal! Maddy also learned how to do toe touches on the ball and they were taught teamwork with the hoolahoops. We have 5 more practices left and we are looking forward to some more fun!

Grandma Jill

Grandma Jill is staying with us this week while Kevin is on vacation in Alaska. We have been wearing grandma out with all of our fun activities. Maddy took her to gymnastics, the train park, to visit the bunnies, swimming and we have enjoyed lots of meals out. We are having a great time with Grandma Jill!

Train Park

We met Allison and Lauren  at the train park today. The girls enjoyed a carousel ride and we all rode the train around the park. We toured the indoor train museaum and cooled off with some yummy ice cream.

Madeline starts soccer next week so I took her and Lauren to the park today to practice. They both kicked and ran and had fun. After soccer they jumped in the pool to cool off.

Madeline and I needed to get out of the house so Kevin could enjoy the Michigan football game today. So, we met up with Allison and Lauren at the water fountains in Scottsdale. Maddy ran and jumped and had so much fun in the water. Lauren didn't like it much and spent most of her time next to Allie.
After lots of playing, we dried off and enjoyed pizza together and walked around looking at some stores. The girls each had a treat from the giant candy store. Maddy had a huge sucker and Lauren had jelly beans.
