Happy Easter!

Madeline and I woke up extra early today to see if the Easter Bunny came. HE DID! The Easter Bunny brought Madeline a basket filled with bubbles, chalk, a Hello Kitty Swim Suit, and eggs! 

Madeline and I dressed up and went to Easter service at Church then met up with daddy for lunch. We even had a fun time playing at the park before heading home for a long nap. This was a great Easter. 

Little Golfer

 Madeline picked out these pink golf clubs from Wal-Mart. She had so much fun hitting the balls around the backyard. She is a natural.

Best Friends

Madeline and I spent several hours with Lauren today so her parents could have a nice day out of the house. The girls laughed and played and had a wonderful time together.

Scottsdale Gymnastics

Its already hot enough for swimming! Madeline has been wearing a swim suit given o her by her Cousin Bella. 

Imagination

Madeline has such a wonderful imagination. She loves to build me things with her tools and workbench and cook me dinner in her kitchen. She enjoys wearing the tool belt and apron just like mommy.

New Outfit

Grandma Anita bought Madeline these cute white leggings and blue shirt which has little sailboats and hearts on it. Maddy wanted to model it for Grandma so she posed for some pictures :)

Madeline and I had fun at the park today. There were several families there enjoying the outdoors so Maddy had lots of playmates. 

Time at Home

Madeline and I have spent a lot of time at home this week in the evenings. Kevin is still in Cuba and we are excited for his return.

"Big Zoo"

Madeline and I went to the "Big Zoo" today. Big Zoo is what she calls the Phoenix Zoo now because the little zoo is the petting zoo. This was a perfect day to visit because it was lunch time for the animals so they were all out for viewing. We even got to hear the Lion roar very loudly and take a carousel ride. Of course we could not get out of there without Maddy picking out a giant lollipop, pink Zoo hat, and a dinosaur to take home.

Kevin bought me an IPad for my birthday in February and Madeline already knows how to turn it on and enter the 4 digit code to use it. She can scroll through and look at pictures as well as go to YouTube and find cartoons to watch.

Mommy and Maddy

It's funny...I am always with Madeline but never in any of the pictures!!

Madeline played at the park this morning and we ran ran some errands before her nap. She slept for almost 4 hours but was ready to play some more. So after dinner we headed down to the grassy park in our neighborhood with the wagon. Madeline chased after several dogs that were there playing and she pulled her wagon as far as she could before getting too tired. We even played with a giant poodle mix that looked just like Victor only her coat was brown!

Fun Day

Madeline and I woke up at 8:30 this morning which is early for us! We headed straight to the pediatrician's office where Maddy received 2 more vaccinations. She did very well and has 2 cute band aids on her legs.
Since we were up, we decided to drive to Desert Ridge Marketplace and invite our friends Allison and Lauren to join us for a fun day. Maddy and I played at Barnes and Noble until the girls arrive and then the 4 of us enjoyed lunch together at California Pizza Kitchen.
After lunch, the girls had a blast throwing coins into the fountain and making wishes. We walked around the shops for a while and Allie treated the girls to giant cookies as a treat. Lauren and Madeline also had fun playing at the playground by the fountains. We didn't get home from shopping and playing until 4 pm and Maddy fell sound asleep until 7:50pm!!

 Madeline an I arrived home from our 12 day vacation in Indiana. We had a great time visiting our friends and family. We got experience 30 degree weather and snow, Maddy got to work in Grandpa's garage and we played at Grandma and Grandpa's Boat Marina. We enjoyed lots of time with Cousins Gabe and Bella and Aunt Kris and Uncle Jeff. 

Allison had to pick us up from the airport after our long day of travel. Kevin is out of country in Cuba for work and the dogs were in boarding until Sunday. It was pretty quiet around the house Saturday night but we are settling back into our routine.
