I pulled the girls in the wagon down to the park at the end of the neighborhood. They chased me around, kicked the ball, and walked on the "balance beam". 

Best Buds

Madeline loves Victor so much. Today she covered him with her blanket and tried to take a nap on him. He didn't like that so much so she climbed up and tried to ride him like a horse...I think Victor gave up trying to get away and now he just lets her play all over him and dress him up.

Madeline woke up early this morning and went straight outside to fill up her pool. She loves filling it up all by herself then spraying me a little. Once Lauren arrived the girls played in the water until they were worn out! They laugh so loud when splashing around and they both LOVE jumping into the pool and making big splashes.

 Another fun day in the pool. The girls had a blast spraying each other with the hose.

Madeline and I took Grandma Anita to meet the Bunnies at the Rescue Center. Madeline took the bunnies lots of "treats" which are cardboard rolls from toilet paper and paper towels. She had about 7 of them to pass out and she enjoyed finding the bunnies who needed a treat. Madeline introduced Grandma to Mac which we found out has been adopted and will be leaving the rescue center to live with a nice family. We will miss Mac but we will continue to visit all the other wonderful bunnies and we will find a new bunny to sponsor and love.

Grandma Anita, Madeline and I spent the day shopping at the Anthem Outlet Mall. We browsed in several stores and we bought Maddy lots of new pajamas. She had fun running around the outdoor mall and she enjoyed being with Grandma. After shopping we had a yummy lunch at Olive Garden where Madeline was being silly and kept licking a lemon then making sour faces and wiping the taste off her tongue. After our busy day, the 3 of us went home and had a long nap.

Swimming

Madeline and Lauren had a blast together playing in the pink pool. Grandma Anita sprayed them with the hose and they laughed so hard! This was a great day and a fun way to stay cool. I played some relaxing Bob Marley songs on the stereo for them as they played and danced in the pool.

Grandma Anita is in town visiting for several days and we are so happy to spend time with her. We took advantage of a "Cooler" day (95 degrees) and took Grandma to the Phoenix Zoo. Madeline played with the goats at the Petting Zoo and got to see 4 week old Baby Cows. Maddy and I took a ride around the carousel but she cried and wanted to get off. Kevin and Madeline climbed up a giant tree house to view the Vultures and Giraffe. We ended our visit with Madeline running towards the fountains but then once she got sprayed by the water she was mad and ready to go home! Today was not a great day for our little girl :(

MADELINE AND LAUREN ARE HAVING A GREAT SUMMER TOGETHER. THEY PLAY OUTSIDE AT OUR HOUSE, COLOR WITH CHALK AND WE GO TO THE PARK BY OUR HOUSE. THEY HAVE BEEN PRACTICING KICKING THE BALL TO EACH OTHER AND THEY BOTH LOVE RUNNING AFTER IT.TODAY MADELINE PULLED LAUREN IN THE WAGON ACROSS THE ENTIRE PARK!

Tea Party

Madeline and I visited our favorite bunny, Mac yesterday. Madeline took him a few presents which were 4 cardboard papertowel rings. Mac enjoys chewing on these and Madeline loved giving hm these gifts.
