Madeline was enjoying some time in her walker today. She is starting to take steps forward and gets surprised each time she does it. She can go backwards for miles and miles though.Maddy had her firtst fruit today; it was bananas. At first she gave a huge look of disgust and made a sour face when it hit her lips but after a few bites she really enjoyed them.
She is doing great, she weighs over 17 pounds and is heavier then our littlest dog, Maizey. We are starting a new technique to get her sleep in her crib which is to let her fall asleep then put her in it. When she wakes up, we let her fall back asleep on me then put her back in the crib. She slept for a few hours last night but ended up sleeping in our bed most of the night. Hopefully soon she will be sleeping alone like a big girl!
