Madeline and I rang in 2012 together at home. We started out our evening at our Friends Allison and Laurens house. Allison's Husband made us a delicious fajita dinner then the girls played and went down Laurens indoor slide over and over.
Maddy and I then babysat for Lauren while Allison and Terry went and enjoyed a New Years Party together. Lauren went to bed around 8, Madeline fell asleep on their couch around 10 and I dosed for an hour or so.
Madeline and I got home around 11:15 and were able to get into our jammies and watch the New Year Ball drop together at home with our animals. Even though it was just the 2 of us, we were together and and that's all that matters this year. 2012 is sure to hold lots of Challenges, adventure and laughter for our family and we are ready to face the year!
Madeline loves the new IPod camera that Kevin gave me for christmas. She can see herself in the camera and loves to make silly faces at the baby she sees. These are just a few of her having fun last night.
